We are not the ones selling these cars, and are only documenting any listings we’ve seen to help advertise the cars for the owners, and to collate them all into one place. We are not selling any of these cars on behalf of the owners, and we are not liable for any information or prices listed in the ads. We accept no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles, we simply aim to snapshot these ads as they appeared at the time to assist in deterring fraudulent ads and tracking the cars. We will do our best to keep these listings updated to reflect the most up to date details for each ad. If you see a Macho T/A for sale online and you want to validate to see if it is a legitimate advert, feel free to reach out to us, and we will validate the car and verify the legitimacy of any Macho at no cost. There have been many fake dealership websites and advertisements that have been reported to us, and as the old adage goes, “if it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t!” We have had someone reach out to us to report they had bought a Macho Turbo from a dealership. I was very surprised to hear this, as I had thought the car was still in a private collection. Unfortunately, it was indeed the same car in the private collection, and a fraudulent dealership website simply stole the photos from the real advertisement word for word from years back, and the buyer hadn’t done a proper inspection and had actually paid the scammers for this fraudulent listing. Please do all do diligence when inspecting any classic car, and have a reputable 3rd party inspection done on any Macho you are checking out. We can provide some basic background for almost any Macho, and Rob can still provide the original records at a cost.
